FireSheetsJowi Digital (KvK 98978705) operates FireSheets and acts as the data controller for personal data we process about our users. This statement explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifier.
- Billing data: subscription status and customer identifier returned by Paddle.
- Connected projects: the Firebase service account credentials you choose to upload, stored encrypted.
- Technical logs: minimal request logs for security and debugging, kept for a maximum of 30 days.
2. Why we process it
- To provide the service you signed up for (legal basis: contract).
- To bill you and prevent fraud on paid plans (legal basis: contract and legitimate interest).
- To keep the platform secure (legal basis: legitimate interest).
3. Data inside your Firebase projects
We do not copy or analyse the documents inside your Firestore databases. Read and write actions are performed on demand using your connected service account and are not retained on our servers beyond the time needed to complete the action.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Paddle (payments), and our hosting provider. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement.
5. International transfers
Some processors may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export (data portability), or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise these rights, contact jowiwebsites@outlook.com. You can also delete your account at any time from the billing page.
Automated decision-making: we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Retention
Account and project data is kept for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 30 days.
8. Security measures
We encrypt data in transit using TLS and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authenticated personnel. Service account credentials you upload are stored in encrypted form.
9. Children
FireSheets is not intended for children under 16. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
10. Providing your data is a contractual requirement
The personal data listed in Section 1 is necessary to provide the service and process your subscription. Without it, you cannot create an account or use FireSheets.
