1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid FireSheets plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date — no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then follow the prompts to request a refund; or
- Email us at jowiwebsites@outlook.com with your order ID or the email you used at checkout, and we will process the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are also covered: if you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it. To avoid future renewals, cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time.
4. EU consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Civil Code. Because FireSheets is a digital service made available immediately, by completing checkout you agree that performance starts during the withdrawal period and you lose this statutory right. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above continues to apply regardless.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a refund dispute together, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
